One goal, one passion
We are driven to ensure every person who lives with disability feels understood and respected. Here’s how we do this:
Connected Care
Our goal is for every non-English speaking person who lives with disability to feel connected to, and supported by, the people who provide them with care.
Language and Culture
We are driven by the need for people living with disability, and their families, to have access to a Care Team who understands their native language, and can share in and celebrate their unique culture.
Creating Better Outcomes
We believe that when this happens, people can achieve better care outcomes, and have an ability to live happier and healthier lives.
Australia Care Contact works with people and families who have NDIS funding for home care, as well as providers who are looking for cross-cultural home care.

Australia Care Contact
We know that language and culture forms an essential part of our identity. It’s important that a person living with disability, and their loved-ones, are able to communicate clearly and quickly and be 100% understood, especially when English is not their primary language.
It’s not just about being listened to in our native language, but having someone who understands and responds to the less-visible parts of our culture.
Australia Care Contact works with cross-cultural communities to provide exceptional Care Workers who can connect with their clients through shared language, as well as cultural practices and understanding.
We work with people who are experiencing disability — both permanent and temporary, such as when people are recovering from illness or injury. When our clients feel understood, and their cultural heritage respected, we find that people are more settled, content and achieve better health outcomes.
Our team of experienced Care Workers is growing, and we’re thrilled to be able to connect more people and families with Care Workers with a shared heritage and cultural background.
